Racing Automotive Group [RAG] is a manufacturer and distributor of quality, high-performance racing products. Throughout the racing community, RAG is well-known for its race jugs, fuel filters, fittings, power steering pumps, and performance plastic products.
The Challenge. RAG sells thousands of products to a variety of customers including retailers, wholesalers, and consumers. RAG also provides products through a private label program. Each of these customer types have a preferred method of payment and delivery options. RAG was challenged with:
- isolated business systems including accounting, manufacturing, inventory, and payment
- disconnected payment and operational processes
- inability to leverage card-not-present transactions
The Solution. Odoo ERP was implemented across RAG’s business along with Bluemax Pay. Outcomes included:
- Creation and tracking of inventory with multiple locations, improving product turnover
- Launched a new e-commerce site, resulting in higher online revenues
- Deployment of manufacturing, empowering replenishment, and component tracking
- Partnered with Bluemax Pay for an integrated Odoo payment solution, enabling payment links, Pay by Bank, online eCommerce, and fraud detection
